Amazing Masjid. I really love how clean it is all the time. The Imam there is very knowledgeable and easy to follow. They have toys for the kids which is such a good way to let them stay engaged and make new friends while the elders can pray peacefully. They even have a changing station for babies which is very helpful and I find overall that it’s a very parents friendly place MashaAllah.

Great community. They care very much about the members, including the kids. Once in a while they organize events for the kids, and the women do the same for girls, with a view to instill both personal and communal cultivation and responsibility. Ramadans are awesome here, with folks volunteering funds to make food for members to break their fast in the evenings the entire month. It's really amazing. Recommended.

Came here while traveling through Oregon during the pandemic and had to stop in for a quick asr prayer, I was told that there were no women allowed and even though there is a women’s section that it was closed as only 25 MEN were allowed.
I was literally turned away from the house of god and had to pray in a Parking lot. As a practicing Muslim women in full Islamic garb I found odd that this masjid would tell female travelers to pray outside instead of letting them into the house of Allah.
Note: I understand that the masjids have to practice social distancing during the pandemic but I wasn’t asking to join the congregational prayer (Jama) I was asking to be able to pray in a separate corner after the men were done and I was refused entry due to my gender :(
It was hard losing our Imam, what I've realized is that anyone trying to fill his shoes will come up wanting, and at the end of the day we are all just doing our best, and trying to do the right thing. Some days we do a better job of it than others.
